Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
